The specific and detailed information requested on your registration form is required to process your application for registration or registration renewal pursuant with the Act. To protect the confidentiality of this information, the College and Association of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta (CRTA) will establish a registration file from which this will be used to process your registration, issue practice permits, offer and administer member services and process complaints pursuant with the Act.
Access to this file will be restricted to those CRTA employees and agents who are responsible for the investigation of complaints and to any other person you authorize or as authorized by law.
